Prior to joining Fibact in 2020, Bharath worked as a Lead Audit Associate in Ernst and Young for four years. As a key member of the Audit team, his expertise lies in the field of statutory Audit of Hedge Funds, fund of fund, private equity, SOC Audit, drafting of financial statements and so on.
Bharath is a seasoned associate and an excellent leader to his juniors. He has been involved in drafting various statutory forms viz GAAP checklist, PGAP forms etc, as well as performing walkthroughs and TOCs for various SCOTs like Trade Reconciliation, Corporate Actions etc.
Bharath’s skill set includes Financial Statement review, analysis for accuracy, investment valuation as well as deep transactional understanding in audit regulation.
