Thejasvi Venkataramaiah Founder & Director

Thejasvi holds an MBA in Finance and bachelor’s degree in commerce from Mysore University. He is an US Enrolled Agent and can represent clients before the Internal Revenue Services (USA). He and his team possess expertise in Cross Border Tax Services (US and India), Individual and Business Tax Services, Accounting and Audit Services.

Thejasvi has more than 20 years of public accounting experience with an emphasis on Financial Services Industry. He has provided US tax compliance services for hedge funds, private equity and investment partnership clients of varied investment strategies and fund structures - domestic and offshore entities, master-feeder structures, fund-of-funds, management companies and PFIC’s.

Thejasvi has managed large teams handling tax compliance projects of high-profile clients. Having worked internationally - Boston, Chicago, New York and London. He has gained experience working along and managing diversified dynamic work groups.

Thejasvi has coached, mentored and counselled team members and has built lasting relationships. He is a passionate instructor and has conducted training on tax technical for the staff and seniors.

Akshatha joined FIBACT in 2022, bringing strong expertise in both US and Indian tax systems. She specializes in cross-border taxation, providing advisory services and preparing tax returns for individuals in both jurisdictions. In addition, she manages tax filings for corporations and partnerships, ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements of both countries. Her previous experience at a mid-sized Chartered Accountant firm strengthened her proficiency in Indian tax laws, complementing her work in US tax compliance.

At FIBACT, Akshatha assists clients in navigating complex international tax matters and advises on tax-efficient strategies for cross-border transactions. Her strong analytical skills and in-depth understanding of tax regulations allow her to deliver practical insights and effective solutions to clients operating across jurisdictions.

Proficient in accounting and financial software such as QuickBooks, Tally, and Zoho, Akshatha has significant experience in financial data analysis, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial reports. She has a strong foundation in accounting and taxation. A consistent top performer throughout her academic career, she holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mysore and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Bharath Kumar Audit Lead

Seasoned Audit Manager with a proven track record in the Accounting and Audit industry. His journey includes a significant stint at Ernst and Young from 2016 to 2020. Bharath joined FIBACT in the year 2020 and started the FSO Audit practice. As a key member of the Audit Team, his expertise lies in statutory audit across diverse sectors, including Hedge Fund, Private Funds, Fund of Funds, Crypto Funds, Bond Funds, SOC Audit, Compilation Audit etc. Proficient in SOC audit and drafting of meticulous financial statements and various statutory forms viz GAAP checklist, PGAP forms etc. Skilled in performing walkthroughs and TOCs for various SCOTs like Trade Reconciliation, Corporate Actions etc. Bharath has also designed and delivered various technical and non-technical training programs for the staff and the seniors facilitating in professional grooming of the team and is well versed in working with team located overseas. Bharath holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from St. Josephs College of Commerce and is pursuing CPA.
